There WILL be a construction update tonight at Jefferson Middle School. The meeting starts at 7 PM. It was never publicized.

Guess there won't be an in-depth discussion as to why the Little (that's a key word- Little) Theatre needs $26,000 in addition duct work! Good old Dan, won't be happy about the additional expense, but if history is a guide he'll approve the change order.
And WHY is his "Legal Counsel" telling him/them to be quiet? Could it.... BE.... Some pesky emails that outline HOW bids were requested to be below a certain amount so voters would be out of the picture? Yes there IS a Santa Claus!

On advice of the District's highly esteemed legal counsel, Mr. Remely chose to remain silent about all change orders.
