I watched this short YouTube video and it hit me. The reason why the four commissioners aren't getting it must be because they have been exposed to too many toxins.

Governments in Canada and Europe are working to prevent exposing children to toxic chemicals while our local government is intentionally installing crumb tire in our park and inviting children to play on it.
Actually, they are taking away opportunities for our children to play on proven safe fields. Ask the Rec felt where the PS, K, and grade 1and 2 kids will be playing soccer next fall. Mine won't be among them.
