If it weren't for the capital campaign and the high school renovation, our school board directors and superintendent would be forced to focus on education. Elaine

She was a school board member for some 22 years, always voted for and never questioned inflated budgets, was the darling of teachers. After her school board tenure she hung around, active in the high school creation boondoggle, so called strategic plans and interviewing super candidates (2), voting for Timmy. She has more dollars than sense, and will appeal to past female school board members and commissioners. Check to see if both of her abodes in Lebo are homesteaded.

Something not quite right here methinks about compliance with Act 50. I'll bet "thrilled" Larry can explain it all.

Why was she voted off the board? I know that Mrs. Walton was a member of the Master Design Team. Is that group still active?

It's been a really long time since the crap with Sable went down so why is it still a secret? What really happened? I'm starting to believe that the State needs to set in and do a complete audit. Things just plain stink!
It would be interesting to revisit the names associated with the 'Build Our School Now' (BOSN) Committee and the email circulated about Cannon, Stephenson, Wertheim and Bies just before the school board election.
Is there a tally available of the dollars that have been sunk into the capital campaign expenses to be compared with the donations accrued thus far? If not, why not end a bad idea. Perhaps this is a circular tunnel with neither light nor an exit.

Bethel Park..I remember years ago at the SB when she would look with distain with her glasses at the bottom of her nose during citizens comments.. She was a little like Ms. Linfante..
